As the peak professional body representing doctors, the Australian Medical Association Victoria exists to provide services, advice, representation and support to members.
We are the only organisation which unites and communicates regularly with doctors across all sectors of the profession – Doctors in Training, General Practitioners, Specialists, Salaried Medical Officers, Academics, Medical Students, Researchers and Retirees.
The AMA has unrivalled access to the majority of doctors in the Victorian health system, bringing together the interests of those who work in hospitals; are training to be doctors; working in private practice; academics in the sector; retired doctors; doctors with practices; and medical students.
