One stop medical career shop open today
The biggest promotion of Victorian public hospitals is underway this morning, aimed at attracting medical graduates and young doctors to work in Victorian hospitals.
The eighth annual Medical Careers Expo is expected to attract hundreds of final year medical students and interns from across the country. The expo offers them an opportunity to choose their training hospital and whether they want to train to be a GP or specialist.
The one day expo is a joint initiative by AMA Victoria, the Victorian Medical Postgraduate Foundation and the Postgraduate Medical Council of Victoria.
