In August 2025, AMA Victoria and ASMOF Victoria will commence meetings with health service representatives and the Victorian Department of Health to negotiate the terms and conditions of employment for the next Public Hospital Doctors' Enterprise Agreement.

Since October 2024, we have run over 30 consultations and endorsement meetings, received hundreds of emails and had thousands of individual conversations to better understand how we can shape the workplace doctors deserve. 

The result is the most comprehensive log of claims AMA Victoria and ASMOF Victoria have put together in many years.

The log of claims has been endorsed by the ASMOF Victoria Council and members through a series of member meetings held in May, 2025.

Public consultation opens and preparation for the 2025 Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations is underway. All doctors encouraged to share their input for the draft log of claims via eba@amavic.com.au. Call for feedback campaign begins.

ASMOF Victoria and AMA Victoria host the first consultation meeting via Zoom for all medical specialists (members and non-members).
