Mill Park Family Medical Centre is seeking a committed and patient-focused General Practitioner (FRACGP) to join our busy, supportive, and high-performing team.

  • Subcontractor model – keep 100% of your billings and return only an agreed percentage to the clinic fortnightly

  • Bulk-billing incentives – from November 2025, new government payments will be paid directly to doctors, with an additional clinic incentive shared equally

  • High patient demand – average consultation billing of ~$67, with incentives on top

  • Fast payments – all billings deposited into your personal or business account the following day

  • Flexibility – part-time or full-time, with no lock-in contracts

  • Support for restricted doctors – assistance available for 19AB exemptions

Our clinic operates under a subcontractor model that ensures transparency, autonomy, and flexibility for doctors—an approach that sets us apart from traditional billing structures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fellowship with RACGP (FRACGP)

  • Current AHPRA Specialist Registration

  • Commitment to patient-centred, high-quality care

  • Interest in working within a bulk-billing environment

  • Availability for at least 2 days per week (with flexibility for more)
