Psychological safety isn’t a trend. It is a well-established concept with a strong evidence base and it matters deeply in healthcare.
Psychological safety refers to the shared belief among team members that it is safe to speak up, ask questions, raise concerns or admit mistakes, without fear of embarrassment or punishment. In complex, high-stakes environments like healthcare, this belief directly shapes how people contribute, collaborate and make decisions.
In this practical and engaging webinar, we will explore what psychological safety is, why it matters, and the actions and micro-behaviours that help create it in real workplace settings. We will also examine how psychological safety links to psychosocial risk, a workplace health and safety concept now backed by legislation requiring employers to take steps to minimise psychological harm.
Whether you work in a hospital, a clinic, or a multidisciplinary team setting, this webinar will provide practical strategies you can apply immediately.
