2025 Enterprise Bargaining Agreement
Enterprise Agreements for specialists and doctors in training are generally updated every four years. AMA Victoria and the doctors’ union (ASMOF Victoria), bargain with health service and government representatives to improve your pay, leave, and working conditions.
AMA Victoria members play a key role in reviewing and refining the initial draft log of claims and only members are consulted on how AMA Victoria / ASMOF Victoria conduct negotiations.
The more member power we have behind us, the more effective we can be in advocating for your rights. Join AMA Victoria to help shape the workplace you deserve.
