Through conjoint membership of AMA Victoria and the Federal AMA, doctor members of AMA Victoria have access to a number of journals and publications.
Student membership entitles medical students to the free eNews Update. The Medical Journal of Australia is available to students at a discounted student rate. Medical students should ensure their contact details are current if they wish to receive all their student membership benefits.
vicdoc is the monthly magazine of AMA Victoria, enabling members to:

AMA Victoria's fortnightly electronic newsletter keeps members abreast of emerging issues, new developments, government decisions, legislation and regulations and events impacting on the practice of medicine in Victoria.
The Australian Medical Association publishes Australian Medicine (AusMed) on a fortnightly basis for members. Australian Medicine frequently includes extra resources on subjects that are important to doctors in Australia.

The Medical Journal of Australia
The Medical Journal of Australia is Australia's premier journal of medical practice and clinical research, published by the Australasian Medical Publishing Company Proprietary Limited (AMPCo) for the Australian Medical Association.
The Medical Journal of Australia (MJA) is published in two volumes a year, issues appearing on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, except for the December double issue which appears on the second Monday of the month.
inpractice is a e-newsletter that is distributed 6 times a year to a targeted list of doctors, managers and staff in private practice.
