Your union belongs to you. We are expanding our ambassador program in 2027, and welcome and encourage interns to get involved.
ASMOF/AMAVic ambassadors are doctors that have put their hand up to support their colleagues and improve pay and conditions for doctors across Victoria.
Our goal is to empower doctors to be local leaders, and to be supported in developing the skills needed to maintain ASMOF and AMA Victoria’s industrial campaigns and to provide immediate workplace support to fellow members.
If you participated in, witnessed or simply felt inspired by our purple shirt industrial actions this year and want to play a role in shaping a safer and respected profession, we’d love to hear from you.
