Get a New Password /Reset my password

Do you need a new password? Have you lost or forgotten your existing password?

Complete the following process to set a new password:

Step 1. Enter your registered email address in the field below

Step 2. Click the Get a New Password button once.

Step 3. An email will be sent to your registered email address. When it arrives*, you should:

1. Click the Get my new Password button provided

*If your email doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes, please check your junk/spam folders.

Step 4. On the Password Reset page, you should:

1. Set a new password - Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter and one number.

Once you complete steps 1-4 you will be logged in to your member portal.
