AMA Victoria has a policy explaining service provision for pre-existing workplace issues or disputes.

If you are joining AMA Victoria with issues or disputes assessed as pre-existing, these may not be eligible for assistance or representation by AMA Victoria.

Just like insurance, this is why it is so important to join AMA Victoria before issues arise.

Our members enjoy the flexibility of a month-to-month payment plan. There are no long-term commitments or lock-in contracts, allowing you to manage your membership as your career needs change.
