The ‘Leader Check In’ for doctors is tailor-made for fee-paying members of AMA Victoria in leadership and management positions. The service is designed to support doctors undertaking this important work to navigate the complex and unique challenges they face as leaders in medicine. During your Leader Check-In, you'll receive real-time, expert coaching on the challenges and opportunities you encounter in your daily role with our aim being for you to leave the session with a tangible action plan or, at the very least, a clear path forward.
Rest assured, all discussions during the coaching conversation are strictly confidential. Our coaches are seasoned professionals with extensive experience in leadership and organizational coaching within the health and medical professions. They are here to support your growth and success. Sessions are conducted via zoom or telephone.
