This program is crafted for senior doctors at the consultant level with over five years of experience. It caters to those leading formally and informally across diverse roles and sites, including the public health system, private practice, academia, research, corporate, public health, and medical administration.
As a senior medical leader, you're expected to manage within and across your organisation, collaborating and leading across entities. If you're seeking to refine your leadership practices for guiding the next generation of leaders in departments or health services, this program is tailored for you.
The program offers 10 X 1-hour coaching sessions over 6 months with an experienced coach. The program aims to enhance your leadership style, build self-awareness, and identify strengths and weaknesses to empower you in developing the next generation of medical leaders.
