This coaching consult is designed to support medical students to review and improve their ‘intern application’ cover letter(s), and/or an application response(s). 

If your cover letter is in a rough draft format, it is likely we will only get through one document, with you needing to go away from the consult to do quite a lot of work, acting on the feedback we provide during the session. If it is in a final draft stage, we can do a detailed review and edit with you and could potentially get through 2-3 documents. 

Please note we won't review the document prior to the session. Instead, we review the document collaboratively with you in the session, providing feedback on its current state, advising on suggested changes and enhancements (content and/or format) and highlight any gaps in information that we see. Resources will be provided after the session. 

The session will be conducted by Zoom. Be ready to share the documents with the consultant during the session or email them to [email protected] at least 15 minutes prior to the session.
