Public hospital doctors, now is your chance to shape the future of your workplace. As we gear up for the next round of Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations, it is essential that your thoughts on pay, leave, and working conditions are heard.
Public consultations for the 2025 EBA draft log of claims are soon closing and we now move to the second stage of development.
Gear up — it’s feedback from AMAV members in 2025 that drives the most important claims.
How can you make a difference?
1. Participate in initial consultations
Bargaining with the State Government for the 2025 EA begins next August, and preparations are underway now. Share your input for the draft log of claims via [email protected] or by attending meetings. Watch for updates from us or your JMO/SMS groups.
Upcoming meetings
AMA Victoria and ASMOF Victoria will be hosting a series of consultation meetings via Zoom. All doctors (members and non-members) are welcome.
Non-members, please note that this will be your final opportunity to have your say on the draft log of claims.
