1. Participate in initial consultations
Bargaining with the State Government for the 2025 EA begins next August, and preparations are underway now. Share your input for the draft log of claims via [email protected] or by attending meetings. Watch for updates from us or your JMO/SMS groups.
2. Join AMA Victoria to shape the detail
After the initial draft is created, AMA Victoria members play a key role in reviewing and refining it. If workplace conditions are important to you, get involved in this critical phase.
